In communities like Palm Beach County, the widening gap between those with a college education and those without is no longer just an education issue—it is a workforce and inequality crisis. When access to education and job training lags behind the changing economy, inequality deepens, mobility stalls, and too many workers are left without a fair chance to participate in growth. Investing in education and workforce training is one of the most powerful tools we have to narrow these divides and build a more inclusive economy.
